Use LinkedIn to visualize your resume on Facebook

Want a new way to find top talent or attract hiring managers using social media? Last week, Toronto-based company visualize.me  launched its resume visualization service.  Perhaps you’ve already seen a visualize.me resume link on a friend’s Facebook status?

This web service is cool and it provides a unique opportunity for job seekers to promote themselves using social media.  The service is simple to use and it takes just seconds to implement.   Essesntially, visualize.me imports your LinkedIn resume information and expresses it as an infographic.  This is a great format for sites like Facebook and Twitter because it takes written content from your resume and turns it into an easy-to-read visual graph – making it a fast and efficient way for HR and hiring managers (in particular) to review and sift through a sea of potential candidates.

The company’s CEO, Eugene Woo says that the goal of of visual.me is to “reinvent the resume by building something more relevant, more visual and more dynamic.  One way to do that is by transforming your text resume into an infographic.”

Be one of the first job seekers to use this innovative web service (it’s free) and have your resume visually attract potential employers!
